Challenge: Layout a 1325 sq foot theatre, storage, and art room space addressing every challenge that a below grade space presents.
Solution: Hire the Spatial team to listen, consult, recommend, and create the best approach to achieve the best results. Every inch was utilized appropriately, and every aesthetic consideration was given to this unique and rare home theatre. Simple in its presentation, but overwhelming in the achievement of true home theatre capability.
