Windham Laundry Remodel

Challenge: Orientation, access, and enjoyment were all lacking in this tiny little laundry room.
Solution: The Spatial team recommended a complete overhaul of this cramped, aggravating space. Then, drafted a set of plans showing what “could be” an incredibly useful, and worthwhile investment. The project included re-plumbing all the venting, water and drains to the back wall. Installing unique and purpose built cabinetry and bar sink, as well as a bench with full tapered back, hooks for jackets and shelving with built in USB’s and power for all the gadgets before leaving the house. Not your average laundry!
