St. John Patio Project

Location: Goffstown, NH
Year: 2013

Challenge: Client wanted a paver patio and a secure property line fence, but had an extremely high water table.

Solution: Spatial consulted with Mt. William Sand and Gravel owner, Chris Bolton, to determine the best foundation material to use under the patio. He recommended a mix of 3-6” fractured ledge combined with 2-3” gravel including fines, at a depth of 18”. After prepping with this base sub-straight, the high water table has been a non-issue and the fencing and paver patio have performed beautifully.

“We were looking to fix water issues, expand our lawn, and also put in a patio. After meeting with several contractors we decided to move forward with Spatial Construction. The no nonsense approach along with the vision he had for our yard made us feel confident with the decision to go with him. He worked every day until it was complete. He strived to meet our demands and exceeded our expectations. Our beautiful patio and dry yard have enabled us to host parties and have family over to enjoy. When asked who we had as a contractor, we are proud to say Spatial. And you will be too.”
